RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $750.00 non-refundable deposit per person and a completed reservation form.

Your completed registration on file and deposit payment constitutes agreement with stated terms and conditions. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Documents are not guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. If expediting documents are required due to late registration of payment, the passenger will be liable for extra costs incurred for rush delivery of documents.

All documents will be sent approximately one week prior to your departure.
Reservations made within 30 days of departure will be charged a $150 late processing fee. You may pay by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE: Fiat Voluntas Tua, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively “FIAT”) does not own or operate any entity which is, to or does provide services for your trip; including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, sightseeing establishments, food service providers, etc. As a result, FVT is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any third party not under its control. Without limiting the foregoing, FVT shall not be responsible for any injuries, death, damage, delay, or loss caused to participant as a result of social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, hotel, airline or other overbooking, health or disease problems, terrorist or criminal activity of any kind, acts of God, weather, local laws or regulations, or any other actions and/or omissions FVT direct control. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks. Fiat Voluntas Tua (FVT) / Grace Legaspi acts as tour operator. You acknowledge that you are aware that political instability or regional conflicts occur in some areas traveled. FVT/Grace Legaspi cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage resulting from such instability or conflicts. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of FVT / Grace Legaspi. All coupons, receipts, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By utilizing the service of the suppliers, you agree that Fiat Voluntas Tua (FVT) / Grace Legaspi will not be liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary, for any act, omission or event during the time you are on the vehicle or aircraft. FVT is not responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports or lodging due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or any refund for unused hotel accommodation or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. FVT reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary or cancel a pilgrimage at any time, whenever the organization deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the pilgrim participants.

COMPULSORY ARBITRATION: Any dispute concerning this contract, the brochure, or any other advertising material concerning this program, or the program itself, will be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Kansas pursuant to the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association. Kansas substantive law will apply to all issues concerning any such dispute. I (or my parent or guardian, if I am a minor) acknowledge that these conditions constitute part of my agreement with Fiat Voluntas Tua.

CANCELLATION & REFUND: If you wish to cancel or revise a reservation (a revision being any change whatsoever in the reservation as booked) it must be made in writing. The following charges will be assessed after payment of any account:

• AIRFARE: Once tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled without penalty as specified in the ticketing agreement with the carrier.
• LAND COSTS: Deposit is nonrefundable. Cancel > 60 days prior to departure – full refund less non-refundable deposit. Cancel 60 days or less and up to departure – NO REFUND.

TOUR PRICES: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in foreign exchange rates and changes in airfare. After full payment is received FVT will guarantee the tour price as quoted.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: A valid USA passport book is required for travel. Some countries also require a visa. If traveler is not a United States citizen, traveler is responsible for making sure they have the correct documents necessary to travel. Make sure your passport utilized will remain valid for 6 months after your return date. It is the responsibility of the traveler to look up and obtain any visas required by countries we may enter.

LUGGAGE: FVT is not responsible for the loss, theft, or delay of participant’s belongings. Please check the booked airline’s policy for checked and carry-on baggage.

TRANSFERS AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Our pilgrimages include ground round trip transfers to Medjugorje, unless otherwise arranged. Accommodation is based on double/triple twin-bedded rooms. Requests for single occupancy room may be made for an additional cost and are subject to availability.
